How true, the three-point solution. My best project 30 yrs ago in oil&gas prof. serv. vaulted revenue by an order of magnitude by adding a 3rd leg to the client-provider tension: we offered a tech solution to increase efficiency in exchange for a cut in the reduced cost. It converted conflict over costs into cooperation over outcome: better exploitation in one of the oldest oilfields in America; tech showed assumptions were wrong... and a tweak increased revenue by an order of magnitude! Voilà
